Returns are accepted within 30 DAYS from the day the item was purchased and/or received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must also be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hobbyhoofshop.com. Returns will need to be sent to our store address at: 13857 Edinboro Plank Rd. Cambridge Springs, PA 16403. 

If your return is approved, the return requirements, instructions on how to and where to send your package will be sent to the email given at checkout when your purchase was made. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All approved returns will be refunded via a Hobby Hoof store gift card. Gift cards can be used online or in-store at any time and do not expire.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLES 

Due to the following items not being eligible for returns or refunds, it is the customers responsibility to ask questions, inspect items condition, verify specs, sizes & color and ask for additional photos if needed before making their purchase.

All items, specifically items in our preowned inventory, are sold in good, working condition and represented to the best of our knowledge and ability.

The following items are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable:

Discounted promotional items

Items marked closeout or final sale

All preowned/used items

Any custom made/personalized items 

Any opened supplements, treats or other nutritional products

Gift cards

Exceptions to this policy include items that were purchased/received with a manufacturer defect or if something was received in error from our end (ex: receiving an incorrect size than what was ordered).

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 DAYS from the original date of purchase. Exchanges must be returned in the original packaging, in the same shape it was received, unused and with the original receipt or purchase invoice.

If the replacement item for your exchange is not in stock, we are can back order the item otherwise, a refund will be offered and placed back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
